Terms of Service

1. What StudyGuideKit is

StudyGuideKit converts study material you upload (PDFs, YouTube links, pasted text, and — on Pro — audio recordings) into structured notes, flashcards, and verified quiz questions. The product is for educational use.

2. Your account and content

You can use StudyGuideKit as a guest, free signed-in user, or Pro subscriber. You own the content you upload. We process it to generate study packs that link back to your original material.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload material you don't have the right to use. Don't attempt to extract our prompts or reverse-engineer the verification pipeline. Don't use the service to cheat on assessments that prohibit AI assistance — that's on you, not us.

4. Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly via PayPal at $5.90/month. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion within 7 days of first charge.

5. Verification claim

"Every claim verified" means every generated note section, flashcard, and quiz question is cross-checked against the source you provided. It does not mean the source itself is correct. Verify against authoritative material before high-stakes use.

6. Liability

StudyGuideKit is provided as-is for study support. We're not responsible for exam outcomes, grades, or decisions made based on the study packs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll surface the change on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
