1. What we collect
Study material you upload: PDFs, YouTube URLs, pasted text, and audio (Pro). We process it to generate your study pack and store the source so flashcards/quiz can link back.
Account data: email (for sign-in), subscription status (if Pro).
Usage signals: page views, feature interactions (via Google Analytics 4). No PII tied to GA events.
2. How we use it
To generate your study packs, link claims back to your source, and improve the product over time. We do not use your uploaded material to train models.
3. Who we share with
Subprocessors: Cloudflare (hosting + D1 database), Google Analytics (anonymized traffic), PayPal (Pro billing only). We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Guest packs: 7 days. Free signed-in packs: indefinite until you delete. Pro packs: indefinite until you delete. You can delete any pack from your dashboard.
5. Your rights
Email hello@studyguidekit.com to request data export, account deletion, or a list of stored material.
6. Cookies
Session cookie for sign-in; GA4 for traffic. No third-party advertising cookies.
7. Children
Not directed at users under 13. If you're under 13, please don't sign up.
